QuNi24 is a corrosion- and heat-resistant laser welding wire of the nickel-base superalloy Inconel 625 (base material 2.4856 / Alloy 625, UNS N06625; filler metal 2.4831 / ERNiCrMo-3 / EN ISO 18274 S Ni 6625). This NiCrMo alloy combines high resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion with elevated-temperature strength up to around 1100 °C and cryogenic toughness down to −196 °C — ideal for the chemical process industry, offshore, exhaust systems and aerospace.

Properties and advantages
- Outstanding resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion
- Heat-resistant up to ~1100 °C and tough down to −196 °C; favourable creep values
- Stress- and hot-crack safety, high fatigue strength (Mo/Nb in NiCr matrix)
- All-weld metal: Re 500 N/mm², Rm 760 N/mm², A 35 %; filler metal ERNiCrMo-3
- Good weldability with low heat input; shielding gas argon 4.6 or better
Bobbin form: K125, K250, K80, MA125, SH253 — wire weight 100 g–500 g, Ø 0,2 mm – 0,8 mm.
