QuFe13 blank Rod – Laser Welding Wire 1.2343 / 1.2344 Hot-Work Steel
QuFe13 is the uncoated version of QuFe13: same material, same standard (EN 14700 S Fe 8, material no. ~1.2367), same analysis, same 42–46 HRC — supplied with a bare wire surface.
It is used on heavily loaded hot-work tools exposed to mechanical, thermal and abrasive stress at once, such as aluminium die-casting moulds and plastic moulds. The alloy resists corrosive plastics and stays crack-free even in multi-layer welding. Machine with carbide tools.

Rod form advantage: Ideal for manual build-up welding with constant wire feed — also for repair sites that are hard to access.
Rod form: Rod lengths 1000 mm and 333 mm, Ø 0,2 mm – 0,8 mm.
