QuLPA-Ti5-ELI is the ELI-grade titanium powder: Grade 23 is, by standard, the ELI variant of Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5) — Extra Low Interstitials, meaning reduced levels of oxygen, nitrogen, carbon and iron.
The difference is not cosmetic: interstitial atoms are what make titanium brittle. Fewer of them means higher fracture toughness and ductility at practically the same strength — which is why Grade 23 is the material for implants and highly stressed aerospace parts. The powder suits Grade 23 and Grade 5. Fine fraction −45 +15 µm.
