Qu4541 Rod – Stainless Steel Laser Welding Wire 1.4541 (X6CrNiTi18-10 / AISI 321)
Qu4541 is a titanium-stabilized stainless steel laser welding wire for heat-resistant apparatus and plant construction. The material 1.4541 (X6CrNiTi18-10 / AISI 321) combines the corrosion resistance of the CrNi austenites with reliable protection against intergranular corrosion through titanium stabilization — even in the sensitization range after welding, without solution annealing.

Advantages of 1.4541

Rod form advantage: Ideal for manual build-up welding with constant wire feed — also for repair sites that are hard to access on heat-resistant components.
Rod form: Rod lengths 1000 mm and 333 mm, Ø 0,3 mm – 0,5 mm.
