ALV F – Compact Welding Laser with 150–450 W Fiber Laser
The ALV F is the fiber laser version of the ALV. Its fiber source works at 1070 nm and delivers 150, 300 or 450 W.
For particularly fine work there is the ALV 200 FS with a single-mode source. Its spot diameter ranges from 0.03 to 0.26 mm, which makes micro welds possible that a standard source cannot reach.
The platform is the one the ALV uses: a laser-safe working chamber, generous vertical travel, wide-opening doors and three linear axes with a Z axis rated for up to 50 kg. The system is controlled by app or by WIN Laser NC control and operated at the touchscreen. The ALV F meets performance level d as well.
