QuP20 is recommended for changes and repairs to heavy duty mould cavities made of materials
1.2311, 1.2312, 1.2162, 1.2738, 1.2764 und 1.2767
The Cr. content in the filler metal increases the tensile strength, edge retention and wearresistance.
Applicable for long term working at temperatures up to 570°C.
Reachable hardness between 38 - 46 HRC. Dependent upon reworking and welding layers.
