Qu4519 is a super-austenitic stainless steel laser welding wire for highly corrosion-resistant applications. The material 1.4539 (904L) is used wherever components must withstand aggressive media such as acids, chlorides or organic solvents — ideal for chemical, pharmaceutical, food and offshore industries.

Recommended base materials

  • 1.4539 — X1NiCrMoCu25-20-5 / AISI 904L (primary material)
  • 1.4500, 1.4505, 1.4506 — austenitic CrNiMoCu alloys
  • 1.4536, 1.4585 — acid-resistant special grades
